elasticLearning needs to store the personal details of people using the online portal. This is to ensure that we can track and report on the progress of your learning and contact you to provide you with updates on your learning journey.

When you access the system for the first time, you will be asked for some personal details.This will include your name and your email address.
You will not be able to access the system until you have provided this information.
What does elasticLearning do with personal information it receives?
The information is retained by elasticLearning and may be viewed by the site’s data controller.

The only people who will have access to your personal information on the elasticLearning system are:

Who is the data controller?
The data controller is the organisation on who’s behalf the elasticLearning site is being operated. Their identity will be apparent from the Home screen of the site.
How is my personal information kept safe and secure?
All of the data you submit to this site is exchanged using HTTPS and held on encrypted volumes within Amazon Web Services’ ISO27001 certified data centres.
How long is my personal information stored for?
We will keep your information for as long as the data controller remains an elasticLearning customer or until they give us instructions to remove your data.
Once their contract ends, we will remove or de-identify your data within 6 months.
How can I complain about the use of my personal information?
